We want you to be completely satisfied with your Chess Puzzles Break subscription. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for your purchase.
You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with our service. For subsequent renewal payments, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
